The mathematics of weight loss | Ruben Meerman | …: http://youtu.be/vuIlsN32WaE
I was thinking about what does actually occure when someone losses their weight, does fat turn into energy? Of course yes. But then, does it mean energy losses? According to the law of energy, it seemed no sense because energy is somehow eternal, it never flees nor be vanished rather it be converted to such other energy.
I guess that it must be simply about the biochemical reactions, about the burning of organic compound (which is fatty acid, amino acid, or blood glucose) into carbon dioxide and water..
So happy that finally I got the much satisfying answer, completely answers my question and definitely fit to my hypothesis. This TEDx video is very astonishing! Just watch it please!🙂
